Cowgirls OVER COFFEE
the village never showed
so we built one
Cowgirls Over Coffee is the premier community for western, rural, and ranch women who refuse to choose between audacity and belonging, legacy and home or ambition and family. We're here to help you navigate the competing demands of your life without burning out or missing out. There's a better way to do it all, and it starts with the doing as a practice: iterated planning, deliberate routines, and unapologetic effort that compounds when it's done together.

Cowgirls Over Coffee Host & Founder
Thea Larsen is a creator, founder, and host who believes the most meaningful work is rooted in doing as a practice. Where home, routines, and effort become the strategic advantage.
A former corporate CEO turned entrepreneur, she brings executive-level rigor to the complexity of modern motherhood, homemaking, friendship, and personal identity. She equips women with the infrastructure to sustain demanding lives, where priorities traditionally considered mutually exclusive instead compound into something greater.
As the founder and host of Cowgirls Over Coffee, Thea has spent years cultivating the frameworks and conversations that help women navigate competing demands without burning out or missing out. Known for her unapologetic perspective on agency and drive, she challenges women to stop choosing between hustling harder and playing small. And instead, to own every role with presence, confidence, and conviction.
A ranch wife and mother of two in the Nebraska Sandhills, Thea blends the personal with the strategic, offering a rare combination of lived experience, executive acumen, and grounded wisdom. Whether on stage, in print, or across her growing platforms, she invites women into audacity and belonging, strategy and home, business and family … and the practice of cultivating lives as sustainable as they are aspirational.
