I’m not to shabby, either. I'm a working a ranch wife and mother to two little cowboys. I'm also an ex-CEO with over a decade of executive leadership, administration, & marketing experience. After completely falling apart, losing myself and doubting every single thing I believed about myself, my competence and my worth postpartum … I discovered applying the mindset and approach I honed in my past role as a CEO to my new roles as wife, mother, rancher & entrepreneur was the key to having it all in a way that feels sustainable. I began Cowgirls Over Coffee to share what I discovered, the practices I cultivated, and … because I don’t want anyone to be stuck feeling like I did.
Often imitated, never duplicated. The practices, core principles and frameworks we use to navigate the competing priorities and evolving demands are what I developed for myself, and use myelf.
